1) A complete Estate Package provides for all of your estate needs, both during life and then upon death. The Estate Package may consist simply of a Last Will and Testament, Durable Powers of Attorney for Healthcare and Asset Management in the Event of Incapacity with Nomination, if needed, of a Conservator of the Person and Estate; or
2) One may elect to use the 'Living Trust' process which would include a Declaration of Trust, Last Will and Testament, Grant Deeds transferring title to the Trustee, a Certificate of Trust Existence and Authority, a Durable Power of Attorney for Healthcare and a Durable Power of Attorney for Asset Management in the Event of Incapacity with Nomination, if needed, of a Conservator of your Person and Estate.
