2) What are the social, personal and familial considerations?

While the financial considerations of estate planning are important, the social considerations in many cases over-shadow the financial. If one has minor children, a Guardian needs to be named in the will. One's child may be disabled or have special needs, or the needs of an elderly relative may need to be considered. These issues may be solved with a Specialty Trust with trust continuation clauses or a Special Needs Trust. Will your wishes about medical care and life support be respected?
